Experience Buscador's 2017 harvest through barrel tasting and available lab analysis with winemaker Matt Kowalczyk. He will explain how he decides on the next steps for racking, possible future blends, and barrel management from our tastings. He will then open his newly-bottled 2016 Buscador wines to access quality and decide on the possible order of release according to tannin profiles.
